Innovation in Issaquah Program Launched to Recognize Private Sector Job Creators

Matt Bott

The Greater Issaquah Chamber of Commerce and Attorney General Rob McKenna launched a major three month program to celebrate, recognize and highlight local innovators.

Despite the tough economy, Issaquah Innovators are leading the way. Our local businesses are working hard to support economic recovery and job growth in Issaquah and on the Eastside through innovative strategies, products or practices. We know that these are the ingredients for both business success and economic vitality, and now is the time to recognize and encourage the business pioneers and risk takers among us.

While Issaquah certainly remains a small community, many of our local businesses are blazing a trail for success and setting the standard across their industry with national reach. It is time we helped tell their story.

As part of the Chamber’s goal to promote local businesses and help share local success stories, the Chamber is seeking nominations for businesses who have demonstrated outstanding innovation in product development, services, systems or strategies. Entries can be self nominations, or nominations of another business.
