Thank You to our Volunteers of 2011!

Greater Issaquah Chamber of Commerce Volunteers:

As I wrap-up my term as Chair of the Board of Directors this year, it is with sincerest appreciation and gratitude I give my thanks to you. 2011 has been an incredibly busy year for us all and it seems, almost as quickly as it began the year is ending. While I did not have the opportunity to interact or connect with many of you, know that your efforts did not go unnoticed. As we round out the year, I wanted to ensure our entire membership was aware of your service to our community, the Greater Issaquah Chamber of Commerce and the Salmon Days festival.

A Special THANK YOU to…
All who serve in the Visitor Information Center. These Issaquah citizens share their time with us, helping to provide a warm welcome and an informative resource to the 6,000-plus visitors who walk through our VIC each year.  All the members and leaders of the Chamber’s Committees. These Chamber members work year-round to provide programming, outreach, advocacy and services to our business community:

• Government Affairs Committee-led by Janice Chamberlain and Tom Sessions.
• Education Committee - led by Bill Werner
• Business Development Committee - led by Chad Rudolph
• Ambassadors Committee -led by Svetla Tzekov
• Membership Committee-led by Darrin Helfrecht and Dick Gabel
• Festivals Committee-led by Eileen Barber
• Transportation Task Force-led by David Irons
• Tourism Committee-supported by Chamber team members Nate Perea & Matt Bott

The 500+ Ohfishal community volunteers and families that help make Salmon Days a resounding success and fun event for all to enjoy!
Our Chamber’s Board of Directors. These Greater Issaquah business leaders have provided outstanding leadership and strategic guidance this year. They have worked tirelessly on our member’s behalf and in looking to the future to ensure we continue to provide exceptional services and support on behalf of our membership and community.
Lastly, thank you to our members, volunteers, local citizens, elected officials, for your support of the Chamber in 2011! With your support, we have had an outstanding year and we have much to celebrate! THANK YOU!!!

All the best to you now, and always,
Kristi Tripple
