About the Program
Ever feel like you are out of your element? Perhaps, like you are a deer in an organization full of bear? Or, vise versa?
Leaders find themselves in increasingly competitive and challenging times. To have an advantage in today's marketplace, they must identify and develop their natural strengths and leadership style.
They need a clear and engaging approach that goes beyond traditional assessments and the everyday training programs.
Rachel initiates honest and relevant leadership conversations focused on driving forward in a bold new way, getting "back to basics". While everyone's talking about leadership, Rachel combines unique tools with proven strategies to do and be "it" naturally.
Rachel works with organizations and individuals who want to lead with integrity, honor, and measurable results.
Focused on practical applications to leverage the innate strengths that propel leaders forward, Rachel and her programs command interested professionals looking for the edge in leadership development.
