Education Expo-A Syllabus for Success
The 2nd annual Education Expo: A Syllabus for Success is planned for Thursday, March 15, 2012 from 4-8pm at Skyline High School and will feature valuable information for parents with newborns to high school graduates. Exhibit areas will include information from public and private schools, lesson providers, academic tutors, cognitive trainers, summer camp providers, artistic instruction. Parents will take away valuable resource information to help outline a plan for navigating their child’s journey from pre-school to post high school.
A series of keynote speakers will be presenting on a variety of topics, including time for interaction from the audience. Post secondary education opportunities, including Renton Technical College, Lake WA Technical and Bellevue College are also planned.
Produced by Issaquah Sammamish magazine, this year’s Expo, which is FREE to anyone interested in attending, is co-sponsored by the Greater Issaquah & Sammamish Chambers of Commerce and the local school districts. The Jan/Feb issue of the magazine will include a special section dedicated to the Expo, showcasing participating exhibitors, along with editorial content surrounding education.
