If you have an event, product, or message that you want to reach a large audience, our E-Blast service is a great way to garner attention.
This is a service offered only to businesses that are current members of the Greater Issaquah Chamber of Commerce.
For a fee of $40.00, you’ll have your own ad set up in the Chamber’s E-Blast template and sent out to over 1200 people interested in staying in the loop with businesses in our area. Mondays and Fridays are reserved for Chamber messaging, but most Tuesdays through Thursdays are available for E-Blast scheduling. Once a date has been scheduled, an invoice will be provided. Your E-blast date is not considered reserved until payment is received.
We require 2-3 week’s advance notice to arrange an E-Blast, occasionally longer during busier times of year.
WHAT SHOULD I SUBMIT FOR AN E-BLAST?
We just need 3 things to create your E-Blast:
An image or flyer: It will be resized to fit in the E-Blast template, so please take care that your images do not include important information in small text (<12pt font) that may become unreadable.
Your image can be any aspect ratio or resolution, however we recommend the horizontal width be at least 900 pixels wide for optimal clarity. We can work with almost any file format you send - .pdfs, jpegs, word docs, .png etc.
Copy/ad text: What message would you like to send and how detailed do you want to be? We recommend keeping your ad focused and sticking to a few paragraphs of information or less.
A website link: Where would you like readers to be sent when they click on your ad? This can be your homepage, a facebook event, or even a youtube link.
