Prepare for overnight closures and daytime work as Front Street construction continues this week.
Between Sunset Way and Northwest Dogwood Street, will close to traffic from 10 p.m.-6 a.m. July 11 through July 15.
Starting July 18, there will also be more daytime work along the street. Front Street, between Sunset and Dogwood, may be reduced to one lane from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Unfortunately, there will be no on-street parking on either side of Front Street from Sunset Way to Northwest Alder Place. Crews are using that space to work and stage equipment.
In the future, drivers can expect two full weekend closures of Front Street, though the city has yet to announce the dates. Construction will wrap up before Salmon Days in October.
