Janet Kelly joined Puget Sound Energy in 2008 and serves as the Manager of Federal Government Affairs and Public Policy. She and her team support PSE’s lobbying activities in Washington D.C., state legislative affairs in Helena, Montana, and public policy analysis.
Over the past five years, she has led and participated in policy initiatives related to tax reform, PSE’s energy supply and transportation. She serves as the Board of Governors Co-Chair for KidsQuest Children’s Museum and on the board of the Issaquah Chamber of Commerce.
Janet worked on Capitol Hill in Washington D.C. for five years where she learned the intricacies of the legislative process. She holds a degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and served as captain of the NCAA UCLA Women’s Swimming and Diving team. She and her husband, along with their two daughters, live in Sammamish.
