Washington State Department of Commerce is initiating this RFQQ to secure a statewide roster of qualified web/e-commerce design firms to provide e-commerce related services to small business owners awarded through the Go Global Grant Program. The successful firms who respond to this RFQQ will be placed on a service provider roster of Contractors to be selected by the awarded small business owners to provide consulting, design and technical support required to develop and integrate e-commerce into their websites. Commerce intends to award multiple contract(s) to provide the services described in this RFQQ without guarantee of, or limit to, possible project work engagement.
Commerce has budgeted an amount not to exceed $400,000 for the total Go Global E-commerce Technical Assistance grant program and will reimburse Contractors a percentage of the total cost of the project, up to $4,000 per awarded small business owner.
The period of performance of any contract(s) resulting from this RFQQ is tentatively scheduled to begin on or about September 23, 2022 and to end on June 30, 2023.
The Response must be received by the RFQQ Coordinator no later than 11:59 PM, Pacific Standard Time, in Olympia, Washington, on August 22, 2022.
