Employers will need to begin reporting and assessing premiums for the state’s long-term care insurance program beginning Jan. 1 2022, according to the state’s Employment Security Department.

The department has published a new document with information about the program, which underwent significant changes this legislative session.

AWB will be hosting a webinar May 18 to provide more information about the program and the changes lawmakers made this year. Details and registration information is available here.
