JULY 29, 2021 - We are sold out of Arts & Crafts, Non-Profit and Farmers Market booth spaces. Please email: events@salmondays.org to be put on the waiting list. If you are an Arts & Crafts Vendor, please put what category you are in.

Please review the vendor categories carefully before applying

  • Applications that do not meet the examples below will be automatically rejected minus a $40 processing fee

  • Due to Covid-19 and for 2021 ONLY – All Arts & Crafts booth spaces are the same price regardless of location.

  • Because of Covid-19 and for this year only, booth fees have been lowered to help vendors during this very difficult year (and last year).

  • The option to have a corner booth is not available this year. Furthermore, vendors will not be able to request a location or specific booth space.

  • PLEASE NOTE: If you are unsure of which application to fill out or you have ANY questions regarding your application, please contact us first. A processing fee of $40 will be charged to you if you fill out the wrong application OR if you accidentally apply more than once OR if you do not meet the guidelines above. We are happy to answer your questions to avoid fees and misapplications. Please email us at: events@salmondays.org with any questions and/or help.

Be among the top artisans that showcase their unique creations. With over 15 different types of mediums, artists are sure to find a home with the Festival.

 

Please note that all merchandise must be handcrafted by the person applying.

ARTS & CRAFTS VENDOR APPLICATION

The Salmon Days Festival wouldn’t be complete without the food vendors sprinkled throughout the Festival grounds. The majority of food vendors are located at the Foods of the World food court, however there are food vendors interspersed throughout the whole Festival so attendees don’t get too famished!

FOOD VENDOR APPLICATION

Bring awareness to your 501(c)3 by having a booth at the Festival! There's no limit to getting your name out there! Applicants must show that they provide a service to the Issaquah Community.

Want more? Apply to fundraise by using the off-site application to request a sanctioned fundraising activity during Salmon Days (subject to annual review, approval and commission). The off-site application applies to both on and off-site fundraising applications.

Note: Due to Covid-19, non-Profit booths will be interspersed and located in the streets. Booths normally located at the Hatchery or Field of Fun are not available for 2021.

APPLICATION

Our Farmer’s Market vendors are growers who sell farm fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables and/or fresh-cut flowers only.

FARMERS MARKET APPLICATION

CANCELLED IN 2021 DUE TO COVID

Activity Vendors provide services or activities that are family-oriented, geared toward children, teens and/or pets. Face painters, Henna artists, petting zoos, rock climbing, and animal-driven booths are examples of this category.

As of 2020, commercial retail booths will no longer be accepted. Toy weapons & balloons are strictly prohibited.

 

We look forward to welcoming you back in 2022 when children will hopefully be vaccinated.
