CONTEST INSTRUCTIONS

To enter our prize drawing, please fill out the entry form and provide your name, email, and phone number, and purchase details.

Be sure to attach one of the following when you enter:
1) A picture or scan of your receipt from an eligible shop, restaurant or service.
2) An image of your electronic statement showing your purchase from an eligible business.

• Purchases must be $25.00 or more and dated between 11/24/25 and 12/14/25. Entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM on December 14th
• Must be from a business located in Issaquah (zip codes 98025, 98027, 98029)
• You may enter multiple times as long as each separate purchase is at least $25.00

Employees and their immediate family may not submit entries for their own store, however purchases from other eligible businesses are allowed. Winners will be asked to collect their prize at the Greater Issaquah Chamber of Commerce (155 NW Gilman Blvd) and pose for a photo op.
