AWB is pleased to announce a statewide Transportation Listening Tour in advance of the 2019 legislative session. AWB’s most-recent Legislative Objective for transportation has shown high-level support for new transportation revenues to fund infrastructure.
AWB Government Affairs Director Mike Ennis will cover the state in December and January to seek guidance and input from Washington employers. He’s looking for ideas on revenue sources and projects that should be included if a new transportation package is considered in the Legislature.
“This guidance will directly help AWB negotiate a fair package for the business community,” Ennis said.
The schedule is below. Please RSVP directly to Ennis at 360.943.1600 or MikeE@awb.org.
