Chamber Urges Local Businesses to Shine the Spotlight on Issaquah


Join us for the ninth annual King County Executive's Small Business Awards, as we recognize the achievements and accomplishments of small businesses throughout King County.

More than 200 small business owners, entrepreneurs, and supporters of small business from across the region are expected to attend and show their support for this year's finalists and winners. The event this year will celebrate and honor the success of small business with a continental breakfast, finalist displays, and recognition of this year's winners.

Nominations for 2019 King County Executive's Small Business Awards are open through July 31st, 2019. The Awards Event will be held at Meydenbauer Convention Center in Bellevue in September . To be eligible for consideration, a business must meet the following requirements:

  • Be located in King County

  • Have 50 or fewer employees

  • Be a for-profit business in operation for at least 3 years

  • All past winners and 2018 finalists are ineligible for nomination

Notes:

  1. A business may self-nominate or be nominated by a chamber of commerce, a city, or a business organization

  2. A business may be nominated in more than one category, but will need to complete a separate nomination form for each entry

  3. All businesses are eligible for nomination, except 2018 finalists and past award winners
