The Greater Issaquah Chamber of Commerce is calling all Eastside Chefs to enter your best Irish themed cocktail, appetizer or dessert to be savored and selected as the BEST in Issaquah!
Details:
Choose to enter an Irish themed cocktail, appetizer or dessert.
Entry must be available to order during entire contest period, March 7 - 27.
One entry per category per restaurant. Fee per entry is: $45 - members | $90 - non-members (enter two or three categories and save 20%)
Criteria- presentation, taste, incorporation of Irish theme, creative use of ingredients
Judging:
People’s choice- your guests can vote on-line for their favorites.
3 – 4 pre-selected volunteer judges will visit on predetermined date approved by you.
Entry tasting is complimentary for the judges. Additional guests and food/beverage orders are at the expense of the judge.
PLEASE NOTE: Employees of participating restaurants are not eligible to be on the judging panel.
