On Thursday, February 16th, The Greater Issaquah Chamber of Commerce hosted the 11th annual Great Careers Conference at Lake Washington Institute of Technology. This program helps to develop our members’ workforce by showing Issaquah School District students in grades 9-12 the many high-wage, high-growth career opportunities that don’t require a 4-year degree. Students visited over 30 Expo tables representing a wide range of industries and educational programs and took a tour of the LWIT campus.
We would like to thank our sponsors, the Port of Seattle and the Issaquah Schools Foundation, and our amazing Education Committee for their commitment and support for this program.
