The Salmon Recipe Contest invites chefs of all ages and professions to cook up your favorite salmon appetizer, bbq, or main entrée and submit the recipe along with a picture of your Salmon Dish to our website by Monday, October 4th.

THE 2021 RECIPE CONTEST HAS FIN-ISHED. WE WILL BE CONTACTING THE WINNERS SHORTLY - THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO PARTICIPATED!!!

 

The Salmon Recipe Contest Jury will judge entries on Oct. 5th and 6th. There are 4 categories.

• Appetizer

• BBQ

• Main Entree

• Professional Chef/Restaurant Entry

First, Second and Third place winners will be chosen from each group and prizes will be awarded. Contest winners will be announced after Salmon Days Weekend.

Contest entry is easy!

1. Pick your favorite salmon recipe

2. Put on your apron and prepare your salmon dish!

3. Take a picture of your finished recipe

4. Fill out the entry form on our website

5. Attach a picture of your creation and submit it along with the written out recipe (you can fill it out on the form or submit a .doc or .pdf file)

6. Deadline for submitting an entry is Monday, October 4th.
